Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
Well,your concern is understandable.
As an Urologist, let me advise you that we usually advise treatment after seeing 2 semen tests, after prior 2 days without sex, at a gap of 6 weeks.
Also, we always test hormone profile and do an ultrasound scan of the scrotum.Hormone tests are LH, FSH, PRL,and testosterone.
Anyway, minimum sperm normal morphology, should be above 50-60%, with other parameters being normal. If second test also shows same report, then we advise ART-Assisted Reported Rechniques, like a test tube baby.
Hope your doubt is cleared. Wish you well. You can contact me by name.
