can you help me on find out what need to do or what that means? Technique: Standard transabdominal and endovaginal pelvic ultrasound
utilizing
grayscale, color Doppler, and spectral techniques.
Findings:
Transabdominal ultrasound:
Anteverted uterus measures 9.3 x 6.7 x 4.5 cm. Uterine detail better
visualized via endovaginal approach; see below. Urinary bladder is
unremarkable. No pelvic mass.
Endovaginal ultrasound:
Several hypoechoic round foci within the cervix likely nabothian cysts
with
internal debris. A 1.8 x 1.9 x 1 cm hypoechoic lesion at the cervix is
likely a
fibroid. This appears to have a submucosal component, and sagittal images
suggest this may be intracavitary (image 37). Otherwise, no evidence of
large
fibroid. Endometrial stripe appears normal, measuring 8 mm.
The right ovary measures 3.3 x 2.7 x 2.7 cm. It appears normal.
The left ovary measures 3.9 x 2.8 x 1.7 cm. It appears normal.
No significant free fluid.
