What Does "Hepatonegally With Mild Fatty Infiltration" Indicate?

Hi,
My relative has the following concern.She's been detected with

Hepatonegally with Mild fatty infiltration.
Her liver has been enlarged in size and growing.

What does this mean and she concerns whether it can lead to cancer.Although she is waiting for further diagnosis however just was curious to know more about it beforehand.

1.The report suggest there is accumulation of the fat with in the hepatic cells with increased in size.
2.This findings are very common in the patients with excessive alcohol consumption, fatty foods, fried and oily items.
3.There is no active treatment / intervention needed in this case - but needs to monitor the diet.
4.This features usually does not leads to carcinomas but alcohol related fatty liver does gets complicated.
5.The best thing to be confirm the liver status - LFT - liver function test will be definitive.
