What Does "active-10% And Dead Sperms-80%" In Semen Analysis Suggest?

Dear Doctors i am from Pakistan,
i am 30 years old,
got married 15 months,
my Mrs yet not conceive my semen report is below,
Sperm Count 35 mil/ml
Active 10%
Dead 80%
WBCs 8-10 /HPF
Epithelial 4-6 /HPF
Sluggish 10%
Abnormal 40%
RBCs Nil / HPF

Conclusion: Asthenospermia

plz advise me with treatment i can conceive my wife
i am too much worried

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Active 10 % means that 10% sperms have good speed, Sluggish 10% means low speed. So total 20% sperms have speed, it should be 40% or more. Dead 80% in this report means 80 % have no speed, but it is not so, sperms without speed may be dead or alive but not moving. This can be tested with vitality stain.
WBCs 8-10 /HPF means you have infection, a course of antibiotics may help.
Keep away from heat,chemical,smoking zones. Wear loose undergarments and keep your testes cooled by pressing them with wet towel for 5-10 minutes daily. Also taking vitamins C and E may help.
