What Does "fibrocalcific Densities, Right Lung" Mean?

I just had an xray and the result stated that i have "fibrocalcific densities, right lung". Could you please enlighten me if this finding is "serious" (serious in which i have to go medication). Also, how can a person get such fibrocalcific density? Hoping for your response, thank you.

thanks for your question
I completely understand your question
fibro calcefic densities is a mixture of fibrosis and calcification which appears in old healed lesions
when an old infective lesion like tuberculosis or pneumonia sometimes heals or is completely treated it sometimes heals by fibrosis and calcification
as in any other organ healing takes place by fibrosis
so no need to worry
you have to consult a pulmonologist regarding this
thanks
feel free to ask more questions
may god bless you with good health
