What Does "free Spill Evident Bilaterally" On HSG Suggest?
Hi Doc, I am 25, I went for an HSG today and the findings were: The uterus appeared to be enlarged but no constant filling defects were evident. The fallopian tubes were opacified bilaterally and free spill was evident bilaterally and confirmed on delayed image.
Bulky appearance of uterus. Ultrasound correlation is required to exclude any underlying fibroid. The fallopian tubes were patent. Can you please explain this to me?
