Hello Thanks for query .Here is detail of your semen analysis.
1)Agglutination absent suggests sperms are not clumped together which is normal finding 2)Liquefaction time 30 minutes is also normal .Normal sperm immediately after ejaculation is thick in consistency. It gets liquefied after 30 minutes so that sperm can travel freely through vagina into cervix. 3) Sperm count is very low compared to normal range as per WHO standards.(Oligospermia) 4) Percentage of active grade one sperm is low 5% (Asthenospermia) 5) Abnormal forms of the sperm 45% suggests morphologicaly abnormal forms of sperms (Terratospermia) 6) Presence of 8-10 pus cells suggests infection either of prostate or Seminal Vesicle . You need to consult qualified Infertility specialist for evaluation and further treatment. Dr.Patil.
