This x ray picture is suggestive of old healed TB lesion. You had tuberculosis in past. Almost all tb lesions after treatment heal by fibrosis or calcification. These healed lesions will remain as it is through out the life. So I think your present x ray showing healed fibrosis lesion of previous tb infection. You are also not having fever and loss of appetite. So possibility of active tb is very less in your case. Simple viral infection is more likely in your case.
