What Does "minimal Free Fluid Is Seen In POD" On Pelvic Scan Suggest?

2 days back i had severe stomach pain and went to a doctor and gone through abdominal and pelvic scan here is my result,
Bladder : is normal contour. no intra luminal echoes are seen
Uterus : Measures 6.1 x 4.2 x 3.8 cms. Anteverte
Myometrium shows normal echogenicity.
Endometrium measures (10mm)
Overies: Right ovary measures 3.4 x 2.9 cms
Left ovary measures 4.0 x 2.7 cms
The echogenicity appears normal on both sides
P.O.D :Minimal free fluid is seen in POD.
No adnexal mass lesion seen

Need to know what does my scan result says.
Is there any difficulties for me to get pregnant?
