What Does "no Evidence Of Follicle In The Ovaries" On USG Suggest?
I am given below the scan report for your advice.
REport:-
" Real time B mode Ultrasonography of the pelvis shows an Anteverted uterus with normal myomentrial echoes. Uterus measures 5.5 X 2.1 cms in size and the endomentrial Cavity echo is seen in the center. No evidence of any mass lesion. The ovaries on both sides appear normal. On the 13th day of menstrual cycle, there is no evidence of any follicle in both the ovaries. Minimal fluid is seen in the posterior pelvis, Liver, Gall bladder and kidneys on both sides appear normal.
1. Normal Anteverted Uterus. 2. No evidence of Follicle in the ovaries. 3. Normal Adnexa "
