Hi, I got a pelvic scan and received the following result: Nongravid anteverted uterus is seen measuring 44.0mm with uniform echotexture and normal endometrial cavity; No uterine myoma is seen; both adnexae is free; moderate fluid collection in the POD. This was after 7 weeks amenorrhea. Three weeks later i got a positive home pregnancy test and well as blood tests. what does this indicate
