Welcome to health care magic.

1.A through investigation is needed in this case with familial history of the pancreatic cancer.
2.In this case for dilated pancreatic duct - need to identify the cause for the dilatation, distal obstruction, presence of focal mass - needs evaluation.
3.An MRCP will be good to delineate the ductal anatomy and location of the obstruction.
4.An ultrasound also will help to find out the site of obstruction, CT with contrast will help to pickup any mass lesions with enhancement.
5.So in the followup CT i would recommend to get it with contrast for better further evaluation. And specific antigens test for the ca pancreas.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
