What Does "possible Filling Defect In Jejunum Versus Nonopacified Bowel Loops" Means?

I just received my results from my CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis without contrast and it says "there are questionable low density areas in the dome of the right hepatic lobe. It also says, "possible filling defect in the jejunum versus nonopacified bowel loops." What does all this mean? All the nurse practitioner told me was that now I needed a CT scan of the liver with contrast.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. Your report is suggestive of a mass in the jejunum( so called filling defect). This can be a serious problem and might have given the shadow in the liver area, as all intestines drain into liver.
I would advise you to see the Onchosurgeon immediately and follow as per His advise. Do not listen to the para-medical staff, you can get confused. Accept the things and act fast. Do not waste time.
