Hi Pus cells are seen in infection, with the history you have it appears you are having urinary tract infection. Get a culture sensitivity of urine to start antibiotics. Regarding oxalates they are formed by incomplete oxidation of carbohydrates Their presence in urine is a probability of renal stone. So you need to be vigilant and get necessary investigation to confirm or rule out renal stones as oxalates are the commonest type of crystal to form stones Regards
