Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
According to your RBC indicies your RBCs are slightly decreased in size. RDW suggest red cell distribution width and it is almost normal. No need to worry about that. You may have mild iron deficiency anemia or may have some other disease. you should go for peripheral smear examination and serum iron and ferritine level. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have any doubts then contact me at bit.ly/Drsanghvihardik, I will be happy to answer you.
