What Does "sperm Count-98mil/ml And Pus Cells-1-2" Suggest?

hi here is my semen analysis report

Volum=5.0 ml

Liquid, Light Yellow, Liquification Time=50minuts, sperm count 98 mil / mL, Sperm motility, 60% Activity Grade *3-, sperm Morphology, 35 % pus Cells 1-2 / HPF . What does this report say, Am i healthy enough to be a father. If yes ok please suggest me if there is a need to improve

hello user , thanks for contacting HCM for your health related query. concerning your semen report - the voulme is adequate being 5 ml, sperm counts are very fine, sperm motility and activity grade is fine, sperm morphology is not clearly mentioned that how many normal and abnormal forms, 1-2/hpf pus cells should not be much matter of concern. the only abnormal parameter is raised liqification time , that is 50 minutes , should be less than 30 minutes as per WHO - as it can hinder the motility of sperms , but the motility is still fine in your case . so seemingly the report is "ok" - but do consult the doctor who ordered the test for you for final interpretation and action. hope i answered your query, if satisfied please rate the answer, and followup queries are welcome
