What Does "testosterone-2.120 And FSH-9.8" In Semen Analysis Suggest?

Hi here are my results of Semen Analysis.
FSH 9.8 ; LH 3.1 ; Prolactin 7.8; Testostrone 2.120; Estradiol/E2
I have been asked to take Paternia and Prednisolone 5mg(1/2 tablet) everyday.

Are there chances of having pregnancy naturally ?

You have not put up your semen analysis report, this is serum values as also E2 value. Testostrone 2.120 appears low, what is reference value of your lab?
FSH 9.8 ; LH 3.1 ; Prolactin 7.8; are normal. For commenting on chances of having pregnancy naturally, semen analysis report is most important.
