What Does "uterine Myometrium Shows Homogeneous Echotexture" Mean?

hy.i am 23yrs old girl.52kg.recurrent cold n dry cough.i feel that my lower abdomen is getting bigger day by day..i have missed one month period and this month i got my period.it was very much different from usual months.and i have done scane.it says 'the uterus is anterverted.measures normal.the uterine myometrium shows homogenous echo texture.wat does this means.

Thanks for your question on HCM. Your ultrasound report is normal. No need to worry. Anteverted uterus is not a pathological term , it is positional anomaly of uterine axis. It is harmless and commonly seen. Sono need to worry for this. About homogeneous echo texture , this is normal appearance. Ininfection this becomes heterogeneous. So homogeneous echo texture is normal. For your irregular menstruation I suggest to under go hormone study, you may have hormonal imbalance. So consult your gynecologist and discuss these things.
