What Does Radiating Pain From The Ribcage To The Back Indicate?

I have pain that runs from just below my ribcage on the right side around t my back. I am taking Prilosec for constant indigestion. Have had blood work done and an ultrasound to check my gall bladder and everything was normal. Any thoughts on what this may be.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Kindly mention since how long you are having this complaints. Gastritis like pain also can lead referred pain to back.

Your USG scan normal so no organic cause present here.
