Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have foot pain that comes and goes. It can be sharp like a sprain between my ankle and my arch. This is especially noticeable after exercise and in the evening. Only on my right foot. Then I get a kind of burning type pain on both feet. I asked my physician if it might be neuropathy as I have diabetics . But she voiced she did t think so as it is basically on the top of my foot and not generated from the toes . any ideas or recommendations.
No, it can still be peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes. For this diagnosis, we need to see how much is your glucose control these days. If its that also you need care for your diabetes rather than treating neuropathy. You can still benefit from Neurobione forte if take it for ten days. Just give it to reduce the symptoms or else nothing to worry much.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Archana
