What Does Recurring Bv Infections With Discharge Indicate?

I began taking acidophilus pills on thursday because I have been having recurring BV infections. On saturday, I had some clumpy discharge that was odorless and there was no itching present. I then used a monistat 1 day ovule and the discharge is still there. What does this mean?
