What Does Recurring Pain Behind The Knee In Soft Tissue Suggest?
Five weeks ago , I started having pain behind my knee in soft tissue. A little to medial side. It could very from 0-10 on pain scale. With no movement at 0. Some movements would shoot it to momentary 10 pain. Bumping inner knees together , back step or side step seemed most irritating. At times it ached from mid calf up to back of thigh. Charlie horse cramps over past month nightly. Sometimes q30 min. D-dimer (sp?) negative for clot yesterday. Today pain in calf making walking very difficult.
it appears to be torn medial ligament. rest is required. use kneecap. take tablet combiflam after food. if does not subside take x-ray and surgical repair may be required.
