Hello Doctor, My maternal uncle had history of paralysis and doctor said that he had 2 brain strokes and 1 heart stroke. Now he is totally bed ridden and in hospital for 1.5months. He is unable to swallow,talk and totally drousy. Yesterday I was something weird that from his nasal feeding tube a reddish brown like substance is being thrown out of body.It comes out as we drag through a syringe and so on. I Googled and found that that is nothing but Purge Fluid which comes out from production of gas.Also I guess it is a sign of death is near. How far am I correct doctor? Can we estimate the time of death with this?
