A non obstructive renal calculus is a stone in the kidney small enough not to be causing any blockage in the route of urinary passage from kidneys to urinary bladder.
There is a collection within the left fallopian tube and this may be due to inflammation or infection in the tube. This can cause pelvic inflammatory disease which is responsible for your symptoms. It is treatable by consulting a gynecologist.
