Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
hi,

thank you for providing the brief history of you.

since you have already undergone surgeries for the spine I will say that the rest issues have amounted by acting as a protective mechanism. well it will be too big and deep to explain. so let me come to the symptoms now, as I want to know how much exercises you perform with a qualified physical therapist after the surgery. You should better look forward with physical therapy as the reports you mentioned shows the failed back syndrome means the failure of the surgery. it happens to any one.

doing a professional guided exercise will help you get ease of your symptoms and also make your spine muscles to hold the spine in stable position. also to mention that the core strengthening and spine reconditioning exercises will help to stabilize the spine. also to perform the neck strengthening exercises as it is also the area or concern.

do regular deep breathing and costal breathing exercises to make the muscles of respiration stronger. by performing the abdominal breathing exercises you will strengthen the core as well.

now since body works as a whole unit, you have any to focus on the pelvic floor along with upper and lower limb strengthening exercises.

you should expect yourself to be slow in achieving desired results. physical therapy will be slow and time consuming but it will help you. even if you undergo resurgery it will demand for physical exercise at a later stage. but if you undergo the Strengthening procedure under a physical therapist will help you to may be avoid the upcoming surgery.

with the grace of God I wish you a good health.

I find this answer helpful
