What Does Rubella Serology <10 IU/ml Mean During Pregnancy?

hi dr.i am from australia ,basically from kerala.iam female,29,this is regarding my first pregnancy.yesterday i got my blood result from dr.and i am 6 weeks pregnant also he said to me to take care health and said somthing about rubella and told me to come for another test again after 3 weeks.I dint understand really is there any problem in my body and my baby.can you pls help me .i have my blood result with me now and there they have written like Rubella serology-<10 IU/ml. pls help me
