What Does Semen Analysis Report Suggest?
Is my semen report ok Volume. 2.6ml Colour. Grey Reaction. Alkaline Liqu.Time. 15 MICROSCOPY Active motile sperm. 50.percent Sluggish motile. 20 percent Non motile. 30 percent Pus cells. 2-3/HPF Epithelial. 0-1/HPF Abnormal Forms. 10 percent Spermatic count. 105 million/ml

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.This is indicated by presence of pus cells,epithelial cells.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
You should consult your doctor.
