What Does Severe Back Pain On The Left Side Of The Body Indicate?
I have severe pain in my mid-back, left side. It is excruciating, and feels muscular. It has been getting worse over the past few weeks, but has not been related to a particular event of injury. It has been painful for at least 6 weeks, but over the last two weeks has gotten unbearable.

I think as the pain has been going on for 6 weeks now, and being unbearable the last 2 weeks, then it's time to seek medical help. Run a consultation with orthopedic specialist first to rule out vertebral spine problems. If nothing should run a series of diagnostic tests to rule out kidney/liver issues. Meanwhile take magnesium plus paracetamol or ibuprofen for the pain.
