Hi,
Size of blisters depend on degree and depth of burns. They aught to come to the extent accordingly (only preventive measure has been, in case you had applied ice bag to fresh burn injury. Don't try it now. It's already late and it can cause extra pressure to bumps to rupture and lead to infection, if came in contact with water. Please don't worry. Be under control of doctor.
Drink sufficient water to combat water loss in burn process. Keep the part dry / clean. Try not to open up the bumps artificially. Apply ointment given very gently. APPLY / get dressed opened blister with raw area. Take antibiotic pains medicine and vitamins as per advise. Don't worry. You would be fine under expert care.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
