What Does Severe Chest Pain After Recovering From Bronchitis Indicate?

I have been having chest pain a stabbing pain down my sides but now centre of mY chest. When I try to exercise it's worse and better when rest. I'm very fit and active. I had bronchitis 6 weeks ago but it cleared. I have had 2 ecgs. 2 chest x rays and blood to check troponin. Both Dr's have said it is dry pleuritis or pericarditis. Is it not heart related. I have no infections and think it's angina I'm 36 and gave never smoked.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the symptoms is due to pericarditis then it need to be managed accordingly but to me this could be due to some hyperacidity and this need to be managed with the "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30mg once in day for four weeks, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care.
