What Does Severe Fatigue Along With Headaches, Dizziness And Nausea Indicate?
I have had for over 9 months the come and go with extreme fatigue, frequent headaches, dizziness, nausea, decreased appetite, severe muscle aches and pains, and generalized weakness. I have seen an allergist, neurologist, rheumatologist, and they all say there is nothing wrong with me. I have had lab work for general physical health, inflammatory profile and thyroid testing. All came back normal. Could I have Epstein Barr Virus or Mononucleosis?

general examination and investigation is required. refraction to be done and if error is detected it should be due ly corrected. any medication should be on doctors advise. you are having anxiety neurosis so control your anxiety donot relate it different disease and viruses. leave it to treating doctor.yoga and meditation may helpyou. consult naturopathyexpert for advice and counseling
