What Does Severe Pain All Over The Body Indicate?

I am experiencing large amounts of aching pain throughout my body. Three days ago, I started to experience pain in my right rib cage. Now, I have pain in my lower right abdomen, right thigh, inner left rib cage, shoulder blades, right calf, and right knee. I have no idea why this pain is occuring, but it hurts to apply pressure or move these areas. Please help? I don t have the money to pay for this, but I really want an answer. Hospitals and doctor s offices make me very anxious.

Hi,

I understand your concern.

To start, take oral pain-killers you find over the counter, including paracetamol, ibuprofen or combination pills.
Take aloe vera and valleriana supplement to help you calm down.
Magnesium and calcium, vit D, glucosamine supplements can help.

If this is not helping, then, should go to ER for immediate evaluation and treatment.
