What Does Severe Pain And Swelling In The Upper Abdomen Indicate?

I get sever upper pain in the middle of my stomach and swelling after eating, I can t hardly breath and have to stand up the pan some times is like contractions, it last about 30 minutes. I can only eat small portions of food because I feel full right away.

4. Go for walking after meals.
5. Loose weight if you are obese. Quit smoking and alcohol if you have these habits.
6. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
