What Does Severe Pain And Vomiting At 35 Weeks Pregnancy Indicate?

Hi i am currently 35 weeks 3 days pregnant and i am vomiting very heavily, its all a brownish stomache acid. Also i have been getting heavy period like pain and my lower back is very sore with very tender kidneys. This my second prgnancy but is very differant to my first. It could be nothing but i am in alot of pain,do you have any suggestions to what it may be

..there are something called as false labour pains which are due to irritation of nerve ganglia due to distended uterus..and stretich of lower segment and for brownish vommitus why dont you take any antacid
