What Does Severe Pain Around The Hips And Left Thigh Indicate?

Thank you for this service!!I am having serious pain in my left outside area of my hip and in the outside and middle of the left thigh. Is this possibly a hip issue ? I have had my L3,4,5 and S1 spine fused , and also feel this current pain below the S1 joint. I have degerative, osteoarthritis in several other joint in addition to my back.
