What Does Severe Pain Around The Waist On The Right Side Indicate?

Ok last Wednesday I had serve pain on my right side by waist area. I already an appointment scheduled for Thursday so I left work three hours early on Wednesday went home slept from about 5pm til 6am the next morning. My side was still tender in the morning (and still is a little tender as of today ) and I felt real bloated in upper abdomen (I still have bloated feeling also but not as bad). So my doctor pushed on my stomach and said I should get a gallbladder ultrasound (he did do a urinalysis no blood or infection). Had ultrasound today gallbladder was find they also looked at liver and kidney. My doctor said he doesn t know why I was having the pains and bloating maybe gas go on a bland diet. I have had gas pains before this is nothing like that. Any ideas what I should ask about or have done. I have a very high tolerance for pain I have dealt with kidney issues for over 20 yrs my Dr s were always impressed how well I handled the pain.

dear
as all investigation reports are fine within normal limits.let us wait for some time and repeat a sonography after a week.
mean while please start with a warm water treatment.
have one glass of warm water after 40min of each meal.
warm water is also a good option to increase the digestion and avoid bloating.
bland diet is good.
