Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My mother, 80 years old, suffers from rheumatoid arthritis and was given Prolea(sp?) last week for her osteoporosis. She has a bad reaction with debilitating pain in the backs of her legs and left side, so much that she cannot walk and must be helped to the bathroom. I assume this is a bad reaction to the medication as this has never happened before.
