hello welcome to healthcaremagic.
I am Dr. Arpit varshney and i will surely help you out.
the best explaination for your symptoms is
peripheral nerve involvement, most probably sciatica.
sciatica is compression of
sciatic nerve or its branches leading to
tingling sensation in the legs.
its an orthopaedic condition which is treated symptomatically by weight loss, diet control,
physiotherapy and exercise.
however i would like to rule out any fracture in your case by asking a history of trauma in that site and by getting an xray of legs done.
also get a nerve conduction studies done.
for symptomatic relief please take diclofenac and ranitidine.
if your iron is low i would suggest you to get a CBC with Peripheral blood smear done.
also you need iron tablets to improve your anaemia.
please be assured that anaemia will never cause you to drop on floor, it will only cause fatigue or heart problems.
if you have attacks of falling on floor, please
consult a neurologist or an ENT doctor.
I hope this helps.
please feel free to revert back in case of any further concerns/queries.
i wish for your good health
thank you.
