What Does Severe Pain In The Abdomen Indicate?

my symptoms are severe stomach pain in middle of stomach, like a knot in my upper stomach.No fever. vomiting and chills and shaking. bloating feeling and burping. can t get comfortable laying down or sitting. last vomit consisted of bright forest green liquid followed by tan colored byle. (had green peppers for dinner day before, allergy?) Had same symptoms 10 years ago and went to emergency. Diagnosed possible chrones. No mention of gallstones. January 2018 had annual exam and all blood results were normal.

Hi

Vomiting and severe pain in the abdomen along with bitter taste in the mouth. Green color vomit, then we suspect gallbladder involvement and we may suspect pancreatitis also. First you take symptomatic treatment better do CBP,EST,LFT and u/s abdomen.
