What Does Severe Pain In The Breasts Indicate?

My 16yr old daughter has been having shooting pain on her breasts around the nipple area,right breast hurts more than left. For the past month and pain comes and goes. Night time is when it hurts more. There are growing lumps inside her breasts and they hurt her a lot .why is that?

Those are all ducts of the breast growing so need to worry. But since you say pain it might be sore and infected. There is a definite infection in her breast.

Ask her to take a course of antibiotic. Any antibiotic like Amoxicillin, Ampicillin, Ofloxacin, or Norfloxacin can help her and dosage based on body weight for 5 to 7 days. The prescription can be taken from any practitioner near your locality.
