What Does Severe Pain In The Buttocks Indicate?
I have extreme pain in my buttocks and inside and outside of both thighs. Very sensitive to any touch. But, also have other symptoms of possible autoimmune disorders. Should I have lab work done? Have had NOT which showed a few low bulging areas with a slight tear.

For pain in thigh detail history taken like whether pain is sharp shooting type or throbbing in nature.
If needed local part x ray and doppler USG needs to be done.
