Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice

Coccydynia (coccyx bone pain) is generally caused from a trauma. You don't have any history of physical trauma, so i think it might be another cause that mimics coccyodynia.
It might be sciatica or sacroileitis, so you should consider having a neurologist consult for physical examination.
Another cause of this pain might also be hemorroids or constipation but the diagnosis depends from the history and physical examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
