What Does Severe Pain In The Knees And Ankles Indicate?
After giving birth to my daughter 4 months before...i have severe pains in my joints specially kness and ankels...doctors recommended me vitamin D injection and other supplements but i didn t feel any improvement...what can i do to be healthy once again..
hi mam, relax 1 in every 5 lactating mothers experience this especially the first timers.the first advise i give to my patients is to check the posture during breast feeding.do not keep your baby for long periods in your lap.i mean do not stress your ankle and knee joints.also kindly get your hemoglobin checked.iron deficiency anemia also causes joint pains and is quite common during lactation.calcium, iron supplementation, vit D,joint massage, warm compressors at the affected joints are a few remedies you can go for.also have a nutritious diet.dont worry joint pains are going to wean off soon.if any other issues,i'm always here to answer.thank you.take care.bye.
