Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have severe pain in my left foot. I cannot put pressure on it or walk on it. The pain travels up my foot and into my lower leg. I have had ever in the past but never a pain in this area. The pain is terrible. It started yesterday morning and is not getting any better.
May be you are suffering from ankle sprain. You should avoid massaging, instead you should use crape bandage around your ankle & foot. If pain is severe you can take analgesic. If pain does not subside within 24 hrs or swelling appears, you should go for X-Ray of the affected part.
