Thank you. I am a 56-year old male in excellent condition, but I am having a throbbing pain in my left quadricep ONLY at night, usually 2-3 hours after I fall to sleep. I have NO pain in that region during the day. It is impacting my sleep. I battled with piraformis syndrome and hip arthritis until mid-Summer when I completed physical therapy. This condition began about halfway thru my PT. I have low blood pressure (~110-115/70-75), a cholesterol ratio (LDL to HDL) of about 3.25, low blood sugar, excellent diet, stout build, etc. I had a normal EKG and stress-test 3.5 years ago. Your thoughts?
