What Does Severe Pain In The Lower Abdomen Indicate?

having severe pain when waking at night in my bladder area. feels like i need to urinate badly but only go a regular amount. does not hurt to urinate. bladder pain continues and wakes me 2 hours later like i need to urinate badly again but only go minimally. no pain during the day. no blood visible in urine

Hello,

Please undergo urine complete examination and ultrasound abdomen and cystoscopy. You may be suffering from cystitis, inflammation of urinary bladder, or increase fluid intake.

You may take any broad spectrum antibiotic as tablet Cefixime 200 mg two times plus syrup Neeri 1 teaspoon three times.

For pain, you may take tablet Drotoverine at night as pain is at night only. You will get relief in 4 to 5 days but continue antibiotic for 15 days.
