What Does Severe Pain In The Lower Abdomen Indicate?

Hello, I m having pain very low in the abdomen, actually right below my c-section scar from over 20 years ago. Very intense pain which almost felt like it was going right through me to my lower back. My abdomen was distended, fullness feeling. Then it was very strange, I had pain radiate into my upper thighs up to my knees. The pain was on and off.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a bladder infection. Some advice that I can give to you are:
-do an urinalysis
-do an ultrasound
-do a complete blood count to confirm the cause.
Meanwhile take Buscopan for the pain.
