Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If there is any mescical injury or tear, there will be severe pain in the knee which might have happened when you had got on knee. So first, get it checked by doing an MRI of the knee if it is so painful.

If not, you can try only painkillers which can usually give you temporary relief and these type of minor meniscal tear. If these also heal on their own then not to worry at all about it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
