What Does Severe Pain In The Right Shoulder Indicate?

I have had pain in my right shoulder since I got a flu shot one month ago. Now I am also experiencing shooting pain in my left leg only a couple times a day. I am also under a lot of stress. Could all these symptoms just mean I am tense and stressed out?

It can be due to frozen shoulder. You need to take some anti-inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen, Naproxen et cetera to reduce the inflammation.
