I have had severe pain when I sit for awhile and then try to get up in my tail bone. Dr has had it X-rayed and was told it is Arthritis. That is hard to for me to believe since I have zero pain when up and moving about, working on the yard, moving things around, and lifting. My Dr. wants to give me shots of cortisone which I am against starting. I am curious where I go from here. I never had pain like this and have always been active working outside, helping others doing Church and home projects and never had problems before. Thank you
